What’s your Return Policy?

Return Policy - Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days as long as item is unused and in new condition, or there is a defect.  Buyer will be provided a digital shipping label if returned.  Full refund will be issued upon item arrival to JuneeB Designs, LLC.

Please note: Everything is hand-made by me in Washington State. Though I strive to provide you with high quality items, each product of mine may have slight imperfections - that’s what makes it perfect!  However, if you are not satisfied, please reach out to me and I will do my best to make your experience pleasant and quick.

What’s your Shipping Policy?

Everything I sell will be shipped via USPS Priority unless otherwise stated. Every order will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created if an email address is provided. All orders will be shipped out by 9am the next business day. I highly recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery, which will take the guesswork out of “has my package been delivered?” and lets you know via emailed images that you’ve received your mail.

I currently do not ship international, however, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. I will do what I can to ensure your item meets your standards and expectations, as long as you work with me clearly. Email me at juneeb@juneebdesigns.com, attach necessary files or provide a link to a cloud account containing the files, and include any instructions you want me to follow.

Any and all artwork must be in specific formats:

  • photos - .jpg, .jpeg, .png; 300dpi; CMYK color mode

  • artwork - .ai, .psd, .eps, or .pdf (NOTE: specialty fonts MUST be included, or turned into outlines)

I will print out your artwork or photos on fabric, and if they pass my quality test, I will email you a picture of your item for approval.

Any custom printed fabric is printed here in my office - I do not send anything out for professional printing. Each piece of printed fabric will be color treated before printing, and afterwards to minimize bleeding of ink. Each piece will be as uniform as I can possibly get it. I can only print on 8”x10” cotton fabric.
